Lehigh Phoenix^TM is proud to be one of the largest component printers with both Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Sustainable Forestry Initiative^® (SFI) certifications. These two certifications, although separate, have a similar goal in mind and that is to make sure that the paper you are using is coming from a manageable forest. This includes a chain of custody that can be followed from forest to paper mill to vendor all the way to the finished product to ensure the paper meets the FSC and SFI^® guidelines.

Lehigh Phoenix^TM has always been conscious of the impact we have on the environment, and have strived to be the leader in providing environmentally-friendly printing to our customers. We care how our actions today will impact the environment in the future, and because of this we have taken the necessary steps to ensure preservation of the environment as it relates to our industry by making FSC and SFI^® certified products available to our customers. We have switched green janitorial supplies, as they are better for the environment and for our employees. We use vegetable based inks, and all ink systems have gone from 5lb. disposable cans to 55 gallon drums that not only decreases the amount of wasted ink but also helps preserve the landfills, as we return all drums for re-use. We have implemented Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's) on machinery, this allows us to be efficient with energy usage, being able to control speeds. Our converting building has energy efficient lighting allowing us to conserve electric. These along with more in the near future are some of the things Lehigh Phoenix^TM is doing to help our environment.
